New Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV priced from £46,995 in the UK with 300bhp+ PHEV powertrain, S-AWC AWD and seven-seat option.

Mitsubishi has priced the new Outlander PHEV from £46,995 in the UK, with deliveries starting May 2026. The plug-in hybrid SUV combines a 2.4-liter engine with dual electric motors for over 300bhp and a claimed 500-mile combined range. A seven-seat Nativa trim is available in the UK for the first time.

Mitsubishi Motors has confirmed UK pricing for the new Outlander plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), with the SUV starting at £46,995 on the road and deliveries expected to begin in May 2026.

The new Outlander PHEV pairs a 2.4-liter gasoline engine with front and rear electric motors fed by a high-capacity traction battery. Combined output exceeds 300bhp, and Mitsubishi claims a total range of more than 500 miles. Both trim levels come with the company’s Super-All Wheel Control (S-AWC) full-time all-wheel-drive system, which offers seven selectable driving modes.

For the first time in the UK, the Outlander PHEV will be available as a seven-seater, offered in the Nativa trim level.

“We are excited to announce the pricing for the upcoming all-new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV,” says Sharon Townsend, head of Mitsubishi Motors in the UK. “The bigger, bolder and more advanced new model helps to broaden the model’s appeal for families with the new seven-seat variant, something we’ve not had available in the UK until now.”

Townsend adds: “The original Outlander PHEV stamped its mark on the UK market and led the way in the plug-in era, as the sector’s best-selling model for a considerable time. This new version is looking to build on its predecessor’s success and reinforces Mitsubishi Motors’ commitment to delivering quality, innovation, and the real‑world capability customers rightly expect from an authentic 4WD SUV.”

The previous-generation Outlander PHEV was among the UK’s best-selling plug-in hybrid models. The new version sits in a more competitive segment, with rivals now including plug-in hybrid SUVs from multiple manufacturers.
